Leo Full Moon
ENERGY LEO FULL MOON
The energies of today’s full Moon are SUPER INTENSE.
Astrologers tend to over use these words. But in the Case of the Full Moon at 16° Leo, this is no exaggeration.
This Full Moon is in a T-Square to Uranus, and a Fixed Sign Grand Cross when the Nodes are factored into the aspect.
I use a wider orb of 10° when considering the Nodes. As their influence on Earth, and the collective is massive.
A Fixed Sign Grand Cross can bring forward rigid or “fixed” energy. Energy that is immutable. Stubborn, or immovable events. Since Taurus is involved, think “Bullish”. There can be a feeling of overwhelming emotion/energy just sitting on the chest. Begging for an outlet.
With Uranus close by, this can create a pressure cooker situation, where some outside force comes in and blows the lid off things.
Even with all of this fixed influence in the air, the energy is plentiful. If we can find a way to harness and channel it, direct towards something useful. Towards the seeds we are gestating, something beautiful, and original to us has the capacity to be brought through.
Leo is the sign of the Divine Magical Child. With the Full Moon squaring the nodes, expect some gift from your inner child to emerge. It may not be pleasant, but it will be powerful. Whether it’s an opportunity to heal an outdated pattern, or moments of innocent joy, open to it, and it will arrive.
The Full Moon is also squaring the Nov 8th eclipse point at 16° Scorpio. There may be a stirring of the energies of that eclipse.
If we remember, that eclipse had a liminal almost encapsulated kind of energy. Everyone was feeling very internal, almost as though we were held in a Chrysalis.
This is the half way point between eclipses. A good opportunity to look at what was planted at that time, and how that particularly storyline has progressed.
We spoke at the New Moon in Aquarius about this cycle finally signifying an “all systems go” signal in the field.
At the very least, today should feel like we are at the starting gate, revving our engines.
This Full Moon is all about creativity, and widening our aperture for inspired, authentic, expression to come through.
It’s got an air of individuality about it. The sense that if we cannot just be ourselves, we might just erupt a bit. There’s almost a sense of urgency here. A sense that we can no longer stuff ourselves in box for anyone or anything. No more pretending or performing. There’s some kind of emergent truth, longing to be set free.
