Underworld Sessions
I have done some of the most rewarding work of my life since coming back from bereavement leave.
A few months ago, people began to ask if I offer any sessions around Death, Grief, and Loss.
At the time I didn’t have a specific offering. However, sessions can be crafted to look deeply at the topic of our choice. Any topic under the Sun can be looked at through the lens of Astrology. I wrote back with how much I knew about reading death charts, and said I was open to to learning and experimenting with them if they were up for that.
For me, I had IMMEDIATELY opened charts when Tanner passed away. I was able to instantly find answers that I would have ruminated on for years if I hadn’t. Among many other things, I found the asteroid “Lamb” (his last name) transiting the ascendent of his death chart. It brought immense comfort to know there was something greater at work.
These sessions have since become some of my most powerful, deeply moving work.
They have the potential to help release us from our contracts with the mental suffering that often accompanies grief, and open us to that sweet tender current of love that is available to us inside of pure grief.
They can offer a cosmic context to hold our loss inside of. Offer answers to questions we didn’t know we had. And help us continue or complete the evolutionary work our souls came here to do together.
These sessions also have the potential to help sacralize our losses.
In our case, I felt the desire to ritualize and continue our shared curriculum. There were many points of connection between Tanner and I, that made it clear, he had come to mentor me in specific areas. And continuing on with that work has become a way of weaving his soul on the 3-D plane. A way for us to still be doing Karmic work together.

Whenever we move through one of these powerful initiatory passageways we are often so uprooted that our identity shifts. (This is right from a biological perspective. Major transitions are supposed to rock us a bit) We almost always have a sense that we’ve become brand new again. In other words they precipitate an Underworld Journey. For which, I know I’m equipped to guide.
Many people find that having a cosmic picture to anchor ourselves in is very supportive.
In addition to what the charts can offer, these sessions come with my own personal support and guidance.
They are one part chart work, one part reorientation to a new map of how we hold our grief.
I never publicly offer a new session until I know I can “hold” it.
Now I’m confident I can.

Death, Loss, & Grief Sessions
These sessions can cover anything we consider a death, a loss, or something worthy of grieving. It doesn’t have to be the death of a loved one.
It can be an event, a shift, a life change, a loss of relationship, or job, etc.
The reason these readings are relevant and work is because every meaningful event in our life creates its own chart.
Therefore, Everything that happens in our life has a bigger cosmic context.

When my son died, I went straight to his Chart to find answers. I could immediately see themes from his life and our relationship in a way I never had before. Through using our combined charts, along with his death chart, I have been able to find meaning in loss, and forge a path ahead, while also honoring the immense grief I now carry with me.
