Aries New Moon

The New Moon at 11° Aries on April 1, 2:24 am EST, is conjunct Chiron at 12° Aries.

Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac. It represents the Spark of Life, our very first step out into the world, “beginners mind”, and in the Tarot, is represented by the “Fool Card”.

As a Fire Sign, ruled by Mars, Aries knows who He is, and what He wants. And doesn’t make any bones about going after it.

Aries deals with issues of “self”, and the principle of “I am, that I am”. No additions, No subtractions.

Chiron is the Archetype of the “Wounded Healer”. He is the Centaur Mentor, who initiated the God’s into their Sacred Medicine on the side of Mount Pelion in Ancient Greece. Wherever we find Chiron in the chart prompts us to look at a “wound of love” or trauma stemming from childhood wounding’s. In Aries, this can be around how we disconnected from our source of power, or our right to exist. And is often related to the Root, and Solar Plexus Chakras.

We can see this playing out in the Collective with the War in Eastern Europe. War’s like these always cause us to look at our fundamental right to exist in the world as we are, and identify as we do. We see toxic “power over” dynamics, and wounding’s around how we use, or abuse our power.

This New Moon, prompts us to not only look at where we need individual healing around issues of personal power and the right to exist.

But also, the places we ourselves carry Medicine.

What do we have to offer the world through our own embodiment? Through walking through our own initiations of the wound of love?

I was here before you were born, and I will remain when your worlds have blown away. Even in the now, I am the enduring one, I am the witnessing. I am the silent voice.

My Deep World, my high place, my inner sanctuary is for me everything. I never come out of here. I do not adapt or adjust, I abide. I hold space.

Others around me go through lots of changes. Things start spinning, and the unexpected arises, the uncanny is born. I just gaze and tune in and stay neutral. I don’t claim responsibility for anything. And I don’t deny responsibility for everything.

I am a walking beat, a talking tone, invoking a vibration. I am sounding, alerting, pronouncing, provoking. It is wake-up time. I am the signal. I keep the beat.

Out of my endless, timeless dispassion comes the brazen passion of urgency. The balance must be restored. All who care and notice are listening to the ways of the world. We are not alone.

I say heed the signs. I say recognize that what has been subtle and secret is now showing up everywhere and demanding change. And I say do not pretend to fall back asleep, you don’t fool me.

I am keeping a sharp watch for the New Earth. I earn my keep by putting out a vibe, a resonance, a frequency that is open, free, and cosmically attuned. I am actively waiting, vividly expecting apocalyptic events.

I am anything but neutral. I am the herald, the forerunner. I come before, and I point the way. It is necessary for me to disturb and violate the false peace, the outer facade. The prophecy is catching fire and isn’t to be found lacking.

So I stay up twenty five hours a day. I watch every step I make. I blow everything up into huge significance.

When I am around I make it possible for a lot of stuff to clear out and the dawn vigil to reveal what the night never saw.
